About the role

As a mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you will work closely with participants who are outside the labor market. Your task is to actively support, guide, and coach participants towards work or studies through structured interventions and individual action plans.

The role involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues, employers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Individual coaching and guidance of participants
• Establishing, following up, and documenting individual plans
• Active matching for work, internships, or education
• Contacts and collaboration with employers and partners
• Ongoing follow-up of results and goal fulfillment
• Documentation and reporting according to applicable requirements
• Support in CV writing, interview training, and job search strategies
• Contribute to the quality, structure, and development of the operations

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working within Rusta och Matcha, labor market initiatives, coaching, or similar
• Is accustomed to working goal-oriented and results-driven
• Has good administrative skills and works in a structured manner
• Is communicative, clear, and professional in interactions with participants and employers
• Can work independently but also contribute to the team's common goals
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has basic digital competence (documentation, systems, email)

Meritorious

• Previous work within the Employment Agency's contracted services
• Experience with employer contacts and recruitment
• Multilingualism

We offer

A full-time position with a fixed salary and commission based on results as agreed.

Formal requirements for the position

To be considered for the position, you need to meet one of the following options according to the Employment Agency's regulations:

Option 1

• University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time

Option 2

• At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with a passing result
• At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following areas:
• Recruitment
• Transition work
• Work management
• Labor market or personnel issues
• Study and career guidance
• Social or group psychology
• Career guidance

(Part-time work is converted to full-time according to applicable regulations.)
